PROCESS DESCRIPTION-

This copra is big in size and needs to made smaller. The COPRA CUTTER machine is used for this purpose which will cut the copra into smaller pieces. This smaller pieces of copra are fed to the cooking kettle where they are mixed with water. The oil extraction is done when they are crushed in the oil expeller machine. The Tinytech heavy duty copra oil expeller can very well crush the copra and give the copra oil. This oil is filtered through the press so that unwanted particles can be removed. 

One should note that amongst all the oil seeds, copra contains the maximum amount of oil in it. The coconut oil is also widely consumed in several parts of the world and the demand for the coconut oil is very high.
